4. Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright Indemnification

Your Warranty on Submitted Files: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary legal rights, authorizations, licenses, and permissions to upload and request manufacturing for any Design Files or specifications submitted to us.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mac's Fabrication LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, costs, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of or related to alleged patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret infringement concerning Design Files supplied by you.
